Terms & Conditions
Nothing sneaky here, friend – just the house rules, written the way we would want them explained to us over coffee. Seven quick sections and you are on your way.
1. Who runs this place
OnlineCanadianCasinos.com is owned and operated by OMD AS, a Norwegian company. For the record books: Company name: OMD AS · Registered address: Torstein Rafgård, Frøyas gate 15, Postboks 1165 Sentrum, 0107 Oslo, Norway. Questions about anything below? Write to contact@onlinecanadiancasinos.com and a real person will get back to you.
2. What this site is (and is not)
We are an editorial guide that reviews US sweepstakes casinos from a friendly distance north of the border. We do not run games, hold your money, or sell coins of any colour. No real-money gambling happens on this site – full stop.
3. Who may use it
You must be 18 or older, and 21+ where an operator or your state requires it. Sweepstakes casinos are not available in Washington, Nevada, Idaho and California – if you are reading from one of those, please treat our pages as trivia rather than an invitation. Always double-check your local rules; we certainly would.
4. Borrowing our words
You are welcome to quote up to 75 words from any page, with a link back to the source – that is the neighbourly limit. Anything longer than 75 words needs our written permission first. Please do not republish whole pages; we typed every one of them ourselves.
5. Affiliate disclosure
Some links here are affiliate links. Sign up through one and an operator may send us a referral fee at no cost to you. It keeps the porch light on, but it never moves a score – ratings are locked before the finance side sees a thing.
6. Limits of liability
Bonuses shift and operators rewrite terms without ringing us first, so all content is provided as-is. OMD AS is not liable for losses arising from use of this site, and our total liability is capped at what you paid to read it – which, happily, is nothing.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Norway, and any dispute belongs to the Norwegian courts. If one clause ever fails, the rest keep rolling, same as a good set of winter tires.
